Hotel Asia is a prominent annual exhibition and culinary competition held in the Maldives, focusing on the hospitality and tourism sectors. The event brings together international and local companies, culinary professionals, resort operators, and hospitality enthusiasts to showcase products, establish partnerships, and celebrate culinary excellence.
Features a diverse range of exhibitors from over 15 countries, including Australia, Canada, China, India, and the USA, showcasing the latest in food, beverage, hospitality, and tourism products and services.
A significant component of the event, attracting over 700 competitors from more than 70 resorts. This competition, endorsed by the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WACS), offers participants the opportunity to demonstrate their culinary skills across 23 categories, including live artistic classes, display classes, and live hot cooking classes.
