The facility's refrigeration capabilities include a cold room at 0°C with a 5-ton capacity, a storage chamber at -18°C accommodating 3,500 tons, and a freezing tunnel capable of handling 12 tons per 12-hour cycle.
Manar Thon's diverse product range encompasses approximately 15 canned items marketed under brands such as "El Manar," "Oscar," and "Raïs." Notable products include solid tuna in virgin olive oil and Mediterranean sardines available in tomato sauce or with harissa, a traditional Tunisian spicy sauce. The company also produces fish meal and fish oil, catering to various market needs.
Dominating the Tunisian market with an estimated 60% share, Manar Thon has also expanded its reach internationally. The company exports to numerous countries, including Algeria, Libya, the United Arab Emirates, Japan, Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro, France, Jordan, Syria, the Dominican Republic, and Poland.
